Which format should I choose?
A passport cover carries a passport and two cards. A travel folio adds four card slots and a ticket pocket. A zip organizer brings the folio layout inside a zip-around closure. Check dimensions against your documents before purchase.
What materials are used?
The proposed collection uses smooth, fine-grain or pebbled cowhide with a textile lining. Each product page lists its specific finish. No RFID or waterproof performance is claimed.
Where do you deliver?
We ship to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO military addresses are not supported. All orders receive free standard shipping. Handling takes 1–2 business days; transit takes 3–4 business days after dispatch. Estimated total delivery is 4–6 business days, not a guaranteed arrival date. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. The cutoff is 7:00 PM at fixed UTC−06:00 (CST), year-round. Orders received after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays begin handling on the next business day.
How do returns work?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt by emailing [email protected] with your order number and reason. Contact us before sending a return to obtain authorization and return instructions. Our return address is 5 Rue Font de la Mille, 66170 Millas, France. Ordinary change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. These ordinary conditions do not prevent you from contacting us about a defective, damaged or incorrect item. We cover return shipping for our errors, damaged or defective products; customers cover shipping for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee. Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment account within 10 days.
